BTW, I forgot to mention in light of Steve Verdon’s successful homemade cranberry sauce experience that I have been making homemade cranberry sauce for years, with this recipe:
1 bag cranberries
3/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 T freshly grated orange rind
Boil until the skins on the cranberries split. Skim foam and let cool to room temperature.
Yum!
