In London, in the wake of a Liberty Fund conference on modern British liberalism [small-l, the European type] and conservatism. Home soon.

A couple of folks may have noticed that comments and trackback pings have not been working here; this problem is due to a recent spam attack that my host did not appreciate. When I get home I’m going to upgrade to MT3.15 and put in a couple of plugins that I downloaded, but I’d rather not do it here while on the road without the technology backstop that the KP Spouse provides.
