Hi folks, things here are crazy busy, with the end of the quarter and some waaaaay overdue work that I’m catching up on. Today and tomorrow I’ll be attending the Research Roundtable on the Law and Economics of Innovation at the Searle Center on Law, Regulation, and Economic Growth at Northwestern University.
It promises to be quite interesting: Dan Spulber on antitrust, Stan Liebowitz on bundling, Shane Greenstein on net neutrality, and Scott Kieff on IP law and its effects on innovation and competition. Their papers are available at the link above if you are interested.
More on the flip side!
